Worship, is our priority! Everyday life is very fast paced, often chaotic, and sometimes very demanding. We all need a place of encouragement as we seek to follow God in our daily lives. We need a place of acceptance where we can join with others who share our values and vision. Most of all we need a place where we can clear the clutter of our lives and see, hear, and experience God. That is precisely what we intend to do at Emmanuel Baptist Church. We have two worship services both with different styles, but both seeking to offer an atmosphere of encouragement and acceptance allowing the worshiper to experience the presence of God.

Worship Services & Times

The 11:00 traditional worship service rings with the sounds of a full choir and the melodies of the traditional hymns of the church. The setting is created by the beautiful stained glass windows and decorum that follows the Christian year. The cornerstone of the service is the expository preaching that brings to light the historical significance of the Bible and allows the hearer to find application in their current context.

The 9:45 service provides a relaxed atmosphere enriched with the sounds of a worship band and the lyrics of the best current worship music. Services are vibrant and alive and help worshippers encounter God through music, drama, video and other multi-sensory elements. The service is anchored by preaching that is centered on the application of the Bible to the realities lived by young adults, families, and students.
